Road and Trail Condition Update

Trail Conditions for late July 2008: 

Due to the recent heavy rains, all trails are VERY wet.

Without damaging wet trailsection through maintenance work, we have started to address some of the ongoing maintenance issues. However, we are 2 - 4 weeks behind in the trail maintenance but are hopeful that we will be catching up soon, once the trails start to dry up.

A note on ATVs: Haliburton Forest does permit ATVs on its trailsystem IN WINTER ONLY.
